Over the years, the success of the Rounds Construction family has grown solid by giving their customers an honest day’s work and treating them with respect.
Today, Jesse Rounds, President/CEO of Rounds Construction is prepared to handle site preparation industrial/commercial, heavy civil construction, land improvement and waste water treatment projects with advance technology, proven expertise and an inspiring work ethic.

2018 Philanthropic Family of the Year for South Dakota State University
The Keith Rounds and Cathy VanderWal-Rounds family was recognized as the 2018 Philanthropic Family of the Year by the SDSU Foundation. The award “acknowledges exceptional generosity to diverse causes by a family that serves as an inspiration to others to support South Dakota State University.” The family and Rounds Construction Company was recognized for their significant role in the Alumni Green construction project and the creation of two large monuments carved from reclaimed limestone from the Campanile. The Rounds family is the eighth family to receive the award.
